US BioSolutions, the Sales arm of Contract Manufacturing Solutions, is responsible for handling all direct sales through their internal sales staff and local area sales representatives. Not only does US Bio provide sales support to the United States, but also to Europe, Central and South America.
US Bio has chosen to utilize a direct sales force because it helps build customer confidence in the products we represent. The products that are promoted and sold require a high level of customer education and post-sales service support. US Bio has been entrusted by other manufacturers to market, promote and sell their products. We have established a number of relationships with different distributors throughout Latin America and Europe to promote and service their products. The staff of US BioSolutions have a great deal of experience in promoting a vast array of analytical, physical and medical instruments including, but not limited to; Cytometers, Spinal Decompression, spectrometers from the UV to the NIR, and Raman.

One of the key elements incorporated in the US BioSolutions marketing plan is the targeting of our distributors to promote our line of pumps, touch-screen displays, and other products. We have selected distribution centers in prominent areas, where a staffed team of professionals, possessing appropriate training are ready to serve our clientele. It is significantly less difficult for us to reach these potential customers and educate them about the benefits available in using our products by having a distribution channel established; this is paramount in the effectiveness of sales and penetrating the applicable markets.

US BioSolutions pumps, touch-screen displays, and other products are pertinent to the nature of our distributors’ businesses along with the well being of their customer base. This strategic marketing approach is successful mainly in part to that these professionals are already involved with sales of parallel products and services, and have established a deep level of knowledge and experience and a defined customer based.
